Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and cash on delivery (COD) for eligible orders within Dhaka and surrounding areas.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order is sent to our fulfilment team and changes may not be possible. Please contact us immediately at hello@pointbreaksolution.com or call us.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. A confirmation is sent to your email address immediately after your order is placed. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Is it safe to shop on your website?
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption (HTTPS) and we never store your card details. All payments are processed through secure, certified payment gateways.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Dhaka deliveries typically take 1–2 business days. Outside Dhaka, expect 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Is there a minimum order for free delivery?
Yes β€” orders over ΰ§³2,000 qualify for free standard delivery anywhere in Bangladesh.
What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged in transit?
Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and either resend the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
My product stopped working. What do I do?
All our products come with a minimum 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Visit our Warranty page or email us at hello@pointbreaksolution.com with your order number and a photo/video of the issue.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will exchange it free of charge. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
