What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g. device stops working, sound only from one side, connection failure)
  • Hardware failures not caused by physical damage or misuse
  • Dead on arrival (DOA) products β€” must be reported within 48 hours

What Is Not Covered

  • Physical damage (drops, bends, water damage)
  • Damage from using incompatible chargers or voltages
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. cable insulation over time)
  • Damage from unauthorised repair or modification
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

How to Claim Warranty

  1. Email warranty@pointbreaksolution.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo or short video showing the defect
  2. Our team reviews your claim within 1–2 business days
  3. If approved, we will send a replacement or offer a full refund β€” your choice
  4. For physical returns, we cover the pickup cost for approved warranty claims

Warranty Period

The warranty period begins from the date of delivery as recorded in our system. Keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
