Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every purchase from Point Break Solution. If something is not right, we make returns simple and fair.

Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included
  • The item has not been opened (for sealed products)
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications
  • Consumable items once opened (e.g. earphone tips)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery

How to Return

  1. Email us at returns@pointbreaksolution.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will confirm your return request within 24 hours and provide a return address
  3. Pack the item securely and send it to us (you bear the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or wrong)
  4. We inspect the returned item within 2 business days of receiving it

Refund Process

Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method:

  • Card payments β€” 3–5 business days depending on your bank
  • Cash on delivery β€” refunded via bKash or bank transfer

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund β€” your choice.

Exchanges

We currently process exchanges as a return + new order. Once your return is approved, we will issue store credit or a refund so you can place a fresh order.
