Business days are Saturday through Thursday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed the following business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our Track My Order page or directly on our courier partner’s website.
Packaging
All orders are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items are double-boxed. We use minimal packaging to reduce waste wherever possible.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If you are unavailable when our courier arrives, they will make one additional attempt the following day. After two failed attempts, the parcel is held for 3 days at the local depot. If uncollected, it will be returned to us. Re-delivery will incur a ৳60 charge.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Bangladesh only. International shipping is on our roadmap β stay tuned.
