Manage our WooCommerce store day-to-day — product listings, pricing, promotions, and analytics. 2+ years e-commerce experience required.
Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat. Process returns and warranty claims. Empathy and excellent Bangla & English communication required.
Own our social media, paid ads (Facebook, Google), and email campaigns. Data-driven mindset with creative flair. Experience with WooCommerce analytics a plus.
Manage inventory, coordinate with courier partners, handle dispatch and receiving. Organised, reliable, and physically fit.
