Return Eligibility
You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included
- The item has not been opened (for sealed products)
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications
- Consumable items once opened (e.g. earphone tips)
- Items without original packaging
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
How to Return
- Email us at returns@pointbreaksolution.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will confirm your return request within 24 hours and provide a return address
- Pack the item securely and send it to us (you bear the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or wrong)
- We inspect the returned item within 2 business days of receiving it
Refund Process
Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3β5 business days to your original payment method:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket β instant to same-day after approval
- Card payments β 3β5 business days depending on your bank
- Cash on delivery β refunded via bKash or bank transfer
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund β your choice.
Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as a return + new order. Once your return is approved, we will issue store credit or a refund so you can place a fresh order.
